SWING, ETC. A beginner's West Coast Swing class is offered at 7 PM with ROBB BRYAN and BRIANNE GREEN. At 8 PM, take a drop-in intermediate/advanced West Coast Swing lesson with JIM MINTY and KATIE McCASLIN SHNIEDER. Then dance to your WCS favorites and more from 9 to 11:30 PM with THE 3 AMIGOS PAUL, BRUCE & ROBB. A pre-paid dance card is $65 and includes 7 of the 8 PM lessons and 7 dances. Drop-in admission is $15 for the 8 PM class and dance. The 8 PM class only is $11 and the dance only is $7. Presented by Tony Azar every Thursday at China Harbor Restaurant, 2040 Westlake Ave N, Seattle.

SUNDAY, March 14, 2010. Dance every Sunday in a large, air conditioned lounge with a great view! Tonight arrive at 7 PM for Kizomba Lesson (the Fusion of Salsa & Tango with Patti & Marc). Dance from 8 to 11 PM to Dj music by Gary Harmon. Admission is $5 for the lesson and $10 for the dance. Ages 21 and over. 1:30pm - Hitting the Music - Interpreting the music with body movements and footwork -Int/Adv.
2:45pm - Cool & Groovin Lead and Follow Moves - Int.
4pm - Ultimate Challenge Surprise - Int/Adv.
First 1/2hr. Instructors will choose 3 patterns and separate the leaders and followers.
Instructor Manny will show leaders an added styling to the 3 chosen patterns.
Instructor Mary Ann will show the ladies a stylish touch to the same chosen patterns.
The surprise is neither instructors know what is being taught. The second 1/2 hr. leaders and
followers will be joined together and surprise let's see if it works!

26th ANNUAL NW DANCE EXTRAVAGANZASATURDAY, APRIL 10. Be part of the celebration! This day-long event will be held for the first time at our NEW VENUE, the beautiful NILE COUNTRY CLUB (located right next to I-5, on the King/Snohomish County line). The event will feature daytime Ballroom competitions, a semi-formal dinner, social dancing and a Professional Show by US Rhythm Finalists DECHO KRAEV & BREE WATSON. There will also be Jack & Jill contests in Nightclub Two-Step, Cha Cha, Hustle, Waltz, Swing, and Salsa ... all with NO ENTRY FEE! Dinner starts at 6 PM. Dinner guests are given preferred seating in the ballroom and are treated to the additional Dinner Show. General Admission Tickets are also available (enter at 7:30pm) and give you all of the evening's entertainment except dinner and the extra Dinner Show. You will still get to see plenty. All tickets include social dancing, those fun Jack and Jill events and the Grand Finale’ Show with Decho & Bree.
